Trust and Safety

Is it safe to pay through JWguest?

JWguest offers a payment transaction method that provides hosts a secure way to receive payments from guests. Guests can make immediate and secure payments by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Their payment is guaranteed against internet fraud.

In some situations, travelers can pay in EUR, USD, GBP, or CAD.

Our payment circuit can be used in a vast majority of countries except for bank accounts or billing addresses in countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Affairs Controls (OFAC).

Can I book with confidence?

We want to help our brothers and sisters to feel confident booking on our site, reducing any booking hesitation.

We are confident that most owners are great at resolving their own client issues, and we are sure that most issues will be solved with satisfaction directly between the guest and host.

Anyway, if we should become aware of difficult situations where the host provides terrible service or experience, we reserve the right to take appropriate action based on the individual circumstances.

Hospitality

Welcome Your Guests

Once you have a confirmed reservation, it is time to get ready for your guests!
From tidying and cleaning your space, coordinating key exchange to greeting your guests, and giving them neighborhood tips.

Preparing your space

Prepare for your guest a clean space to come home to and make sure they have everything they might need for a comfortable stay, whether it is an extra set of towels, cream, and sugar for coffee, maps to find their way, directions to kingdom hall or instructions for how to access the internet. Also, you can surprise them with a welcome drink or chocolate or hand-written welcome note: details make the difference.

Coordinating arrival and departure

Let your guests know if you will be there in person to welcome them or explain where they can find the keys. Use our messaging system to arrange any details of your guests’ arrival and departure.

Being available during your guests' stay.

During reservations, be available to help remedy any issues that may arise. Share your phone number. If you will be out of the area, provide your guests with a trusted point of contact.

Write a guest review.

Writing a genuine review is very important for JWguest.com’s trusted community.

  • You have 14 days to write a review and share comments about your experience with your guest.
  • Your guests can review you and your space, too!
