Have fun with the whole family at this little Oasis outside town. Within walking distance to Twolick Lake. Only 10 minutes away from downtown Indiana and many other attractions like the Jimmy Stewart Museum and breweries. You can enjoy the pool and hot tub in privacy with a fenced-in backyard. The Space
Welcome to this renovated open-concept house. Each bedroom has a queen bed and connecting bath. The house also has a loft area/game room where a day bed is located along with a pull-out trundle bed. Beautiful fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, perfect for cooking family dinners.
The fenced-in backyard provides privacy and includes an in-ground pool with a sun ledge and lounge chairs along with a hot tub on the deck. The pool has 3 levels (4 if you include the sun ledge) perfect for kids and adults to enjoy! There is also an outdoor dining area along with a gas fire pit to sit back and relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Other Things to Note
There is an extra $20/ day fee if you would like the pool to be heated. The pool will be available starting June 1st—absolutely no parties. Only the guests on the reservation are permitted on the premises, including children. No animals.
Getting Around
Parking in driveway good for 4 cars. Permitted to park along street as long as it’s not blocking traffic coming in or out.
