The Neighborhood
This neighborhood its really friendly, I been living here for more than 40yrs, where you can find street tacos just half block away, pharmacies, candy store, groceries stores and the bus stop where you can travel to any point of Puerto Vallarta.
Getting Around
ts FREE street parking, the bus stop its one and a-half block heading southwest, the bus stop its at the corner to your left, it will take you La Marina, shopping centers, beaches, malls and more
if you cross the pedestrian bridge can go but to the other side of Puerto Vallarta where you can go to the Boardwalk, all the night clubs and bars with view to the ocean, La Zona Romántica, restaurants and more
If you want to travel comfortably you can hire the services of Rene he have a Uber, he's a really happy and friendly person
or
Call Luis he have a taxi that also is available if Rene its not both of them belong to the family :)
House Rules
If the property is in a very poor state of cleanliness after your departure, beyond what a courteous guest leaves it. Eg. Leaving dirty dishes and pans in the kitchen, excess garbage in the cans, stains on the floor, dirty walls, and stains or blood that doesn't come out from the sheets are examples of poor conditions.
