The Richmond (the building where my Airbnb rental is found) is located in the Beltline: within walking distance of Calgary Downtown's great shopping, restaurants & entertainment.
My rental ❤️ is a 10 min walk (2 min drive) from the Calgary Tower (centre).

My rental is in a pedestrian friendly neighbourhood. So kick back, relax in this quiet, secure, elegant 1 bedroom condo located in the heart of downtown within walking distance of great shopping, restaurants and other landmarks incl Stampede grounds, Saddledome, BMO Centre & 17th Ave. My place is only 1.2 hours to Canmore; 1.5 hours to Banff, 1.2 hours to Nakiska & 1.6 hours to Sunshine (great skiing). It is also very close to the Central Congreation. Free underground parking provided

The Space

Recently renovated, my place includes one bedroom with a queen size bed and all the essentials for a good night’s rest, including hotel-quality linens, bedding, mattress & blackout curtains. There is also a full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, and a cozy workspace (incl. ethernet, monitor, keyboard & mouse - no printer). The Living Room includes two large comfy leather couches, a sofa bed with a double bed, and a 58" Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, and Roku included. As well there is an indoor (sunroom) & outdoor (balcony) patio space perfect for eating, relaxing, or planning your itinerary.

I provide free secure underground parking within the premises. There is also free parking in front of my building (within view of my rental) – free 2-hour on weekdays, unlimited free parking on nights and weekends. My rental is also within walking distance of the C-Train, Public Transit, and Lime Scooters. However, Calgary's core and all it has to provide is within walking distance.

Guest Access

The entire condo is yours. Self Check-in (Smart-Lock). I'll buzz you into the building the first time. You'll take elevators to the second floor. Once in my rental, I provide you with a FOB for secure access to the building and underground heated parkade.

I Strive to Offer a 5-Star Experience. I'm here to help to make your visit as stress free and enjoyable as possible and make myself available 24/7.

Other Things to Note

Although my place is listed as suitable for children > 3 years old, I would not recommend my place to brothers and sisters with children under 7.

I provide a deep clean and disinfect my rental before and after each of my guest's stays. This includes fresh, clean linens and towels.

Out of respect for my neighbors and my condo's Noise bylaws, a sound level monitor is installed measuring decibel (noise) levels - it DOES NOT record conversations.

The Neighborhood

My place is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood called Victoria Park (the Condominium is also quiet) with wonderful and respectful neighbors. My place sits just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Calgary but close enough to enjoy its benefits. I've provided a pic demonstrating the location of my rental in the photos section.

Getting Around

Besides the free secure underground parking within the premises I provide, there is also free parking in front of my building (within view of my rental) – free 2-hour on weekdays, unlimited free parking nights and weekends. My rental is also within walking distance of the C-Train, Public Transit and Lime Scooters.

I'm required to post these rules in accordance with my Condominium bylaws:

1) NO PARTIES: My rental is not an appropriate location to party. The Condominium is very quiet, and my neighbors and I are respectful of each other's privacy.

2) Noise: Condo “quiet hours” are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., and at any other time, noise must be kept to a moderate volume so as not to disturb other residents or neighbors.

3) Check-In/Out Time: To ensure that I have enough time to clean and disinfect my place after each guest, check-in is no earlier than 4 pm, and check-out is no later than 11:00 am. There is a $50 fee for every hour you stay past check-out time.

4) Household Malfunctions: Please report any breakage or malfunction of the appliances, plumbing, television, etc., to me immediately. My goal is to make your stay as uneventful & enjoyable as possible.

5) Other things to note: • No pets; • No overnight visitors not listed in your reservation. Any guests beyond the number listed in your booking will be charged $50 per person per night; • No outdoor footwear in the rental; • Only flush toilet paper (not wipes, paper towels, napkins etc.); and • There is a $100 fee to replace a lost FOB
