Charming and quiet little flat with a "sea glimpse" out of two of the rooms. An antique piano, many large windows and an electric shower will make your stay comfy. A co-op is just a few yards away across the street with fresh baked goods and even fresher produce and meat. Italian coffee shop right next door and a post office in the building.

Either key will be mailed to you in advance, or a sister will meet you when you arrive.

Other Things to Note

Easy and free street parking, bus stops outside the front door. Full kitchen, but no traditional oven, toaster oven available.

The Neighborhood

Excellent grocery store across the street, a cafe next door with great coffee, a wonderful Italian restaurant (The Crocodile) just down the street, a bakery and tea room on the block, public swimming pool with view of the sea all in the immediate neighborhood.

Getting Around

Very quiet village at edge of Brighton, quick busride to iconic seasise resort of Brighton with the Royal PavillionBusses stop in front of a flat or a short walk to the seafront- anywhere in England is accessible. The ferry to Calais (the closest port to Paris) is a short bus ride away. The train station is a short bus ride away, trains take about an hour to London. Taxi service two doors down. Free treet parking if one wants to bring a car.
