This great home as a vacation rental is being improved! So pardon our dust while upgrading different areas. We are providing a clean and very comfortable space for you even now. Each bedroom has a lock and key for total privacy (because each room can be rented separately as in a hotel).

The Space
The entire downstairs has four bedrooms of various sizes, but each can accommodate at least 2 per bedroom. We are changing all the window units to mini-splits, so bear with us. A/C units still work.
The kitchen is extra large with lots of cabinets and appliances, dishes, silverware, pots, and pans, etc.....… the basics for family and friends togetherness.
Bathrooms, as well as Kitchen, are supplied with hot/cold water.
We will let you know when someone will be in your space, if ever. (Emergencies, maintenance, assistant).
Guest Access
You have access to the entire first floor. (the second floor too if the entire house has been rented to you). The front porch has seating for hanging out. And the back yard will soon be an added space to escape to.
Other Things to Note
There may be a crew of workers or one or two that may be coming and going to do their job.
We will try to keep this to a minimum during your stay. So areas that are being worked on are the common areas in the rear of the upstairs.
Please, for your safety, we ask that you refrain from these areas IF YOU NOTICE WORK IS UNFINISHED OR IN THE RAW. The front porch is all yours!
Getting Around
This neighborhood is a busy local commercial area during the week (mainly in the mornings bringing locals to their appointments at the Metropolitan Hospital and many Professional Medical Offices during business hours. You can see that from the porch. There are a few nice restaurants down the street, Fuentes's BBQ (nothing fancy but delicious local flavor!) within two blocks of walking distance, as well as a lot of strip malls and grocers if you want to shop and eat at home.
BY THE WAY...we are on the non-commercial side of the street, which also happens to be a dead-end street.
Some other commercial businesses: a barber shop, Beauty Salons, Yarimar & Flores drug stores, Wendy’s, Subway, JC Bar and Grill, and nutritional and natural places also!.. Bodegas (convenience marts)… Gas stations, laundromats, plus more! Since this is our home in Puerto Rico, we will be in a constant change of décor and furnishings, and this may change the look of certain areas in the pictures, but the basic essential provisions to you will stay the same if not better than expected.
I travel frequently, so we always have someone available to see to your needs during my absence if such a need arises. We have been in this neighborhood since 1995, so everyone knows our family, and we know them. They are well aware this home has been a hospitality center for Airbnb since 2010 with many International travelers. At night it is quiet for the most part since the families have school-age children, and there's not much to do. This makes our place conducive to resting when all your fun activities, tours, and beaches have filled your day, and you are ready to rest, study, read or watch TV!
